c. Payment Schedule

As discussed, 50% of the total project fee is due upfront as an advance payment. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion on our server, before transferring the website to your server and making it live on your domain.

a. Termination by Us

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

b. Termination by You

You may stop using our website at any time. If you wish to terminate any ongoing service agreement, please refer to the termination clause within the specific contract.
